Chris Aymond

Chris Aymond

Director of Investor Relations

Chris has joined the SALT Blockchain Asset Management team (S-BAM) with 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the securities industry. Prior to joining S-BAM , Chris was a co-founder and principal at Absolute Investment Advisers, LLC. He has also held various marketing and sales management positions at Putnam Investments and Federated Investors, Inc. Chris has a B.A. in Economics from Denison University. He also has his series 7, 63, 26 and 65 licenses.

Gregg Bell

Gregg Bell

Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager

Mr. Bell is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of SALT Blockchain Asset Management. He has invested in credit across a variety of niche industries since 2006, working at two multi-billion dollar credit hedge funds. In particular, during the last seven years of Mr. Bell’s career, he has specialized in structured credit products. In his prior role as a structured credit analyst and trader at Arrowpoint Asset Management, Mr. Bell was responsible for trading activities for investments in asset-backed securities. Prior to acting in an asset management capacity, he spent five years of asset-backed investment banking and trading at RBS Securities. Mr. Bell began his career at Silver Point Capital. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the Vanderbilt University School of Engineering. He also holds a FINRA series 65 license.

Anthony R. Bosch

Director of Investor Relations

Mr. Bosch is a Director of Investor Relations at SALT Blockchain Asset Management. Bosch contributes over 20 years of experience in the securities industry to S-BAM Investor Relations team. Prior to joining SALT, Bosch was co-founder of Absolute Investment Advisers, an alternative investment advisory firm in which he served as Principal and General Counsel. In his prior life, he also served as General Counsel for Berger Financial Group and started his career with the Securities Exchange Commission. Bosch has a B.A. in chemistry from Miami University and received his law degree from the University of Toledo.

Blake Cohen

Mr. Cohen heads up Salt Lending’s Business Development. Working for Signet Partners for five years prior to SALT, Cohen has worked extensively in emerging markets and in reviewing and producing contracts. He has an extensive and accomplished background in complex contractual negotiations and transactional deal-making, specializing in real estate, networking, and capital formation.

Kim Merriman

Director of Investor Relations

Ms. Merriman is a Director of Investor Relations for SALT Blockchain Asset Management. Previously, she was a Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank. Upon joining J.P. Morgan in 2014, she helped to found and develop the Private Bank’s Incident and Client Advisory team, which advises on legal, regulatory, and compliance guidelines and initiatives. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Merriman was a Financial Investment Professional within the Private Wealth Management Division of Goldman Sachs & Co. in the New York and Houston offices. She also worked in the Corporate Finance group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York. Merriman holds a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and a B.S. in Pre-Law with a minor in Sociology from The Pennsylvania State University.

Jennifer Nealson

Mrs. Nealson is the Chief Marketing Officer for SALT Blockchain Asset Management, Nealson has served in executive leadership roles for nearly 20 years, her service has included Centrix Financial, Trust Company of America, and Republic Financial Corporation. She has been featured on the Forbes CMO Network and is a frequent speaker. Nealson currently serves as a board member for Vectra Bank, Denver Chamber Leadership Foundation, and North American CMO Council. Nealson holds a B.S. from the University of Nebraska and a Certificate in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado.

Brad Porter

Mr. Porter is an Associate of Investor Relations for SALT Blockchain Asset Management. Previously, he was as a Financial Associate at Crestone Capital where he was responsible for constructing client investment portfolios, managing concentrated stock positions, and performing financial research and analysis. Prior to Crestone, Porter was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank. While there, he worked closely with advisory specialists to develop bespoke solutions for clients in the areas of investment management, capital advisory, trust and estate planning and general banking. Porter holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Colorado. He also has his series 7, 63 and 66 licenses.

Lars Soderberg

Lars Soderberg

Director of Investor Relations

Mr. Soderberg joined SALT Blockchain Asset Management in 2018 and is a Director. He has over 36 years of experience in the alternative and traditional asset management industry. Most recently, he was with Aqueduct Capital and was integral to their private equity effort. Prior to that, he served at Independence Capital Asset Partners (ICAP) as Chief Marketing Officer and at Janus Capital Group, where he was an Executive Vice President and Managing Director. In addition to his various responsibilities in managing the firm's institutional distribution and marketing, he served on the executive committee and was President of Janus' broker dealer. Soderberg began his career and was with Fidelity Investments from 1981 to 1995, where he held a variety of retail and institutional sales roles in Boston and Los Angeles. Soderberg holds a B.A. from Denison University.
